Virtual Tickets is a software application that resides on your bank’s Windows Server. It gives you the ability to efficiently create virtual tickets replacing the old manual and time-consuming paper ticket process. Visual representations of debit and credit tickets appear on the screen allowing you to enter amounts, descriptions, tran codes, etc. to complete the transaction. You’re able to assign and set parameters for dual control, dollar limits, etc. per user.
After a transaction is completed and in balance, the transaction transfers to Spectra for processing. Virtual images of the tickets are stored on the Image Server and available for lookup and flow through to imaged customer statements. Descriptions are much easier to read, and you save on printing costs. We eliminated the existing two-step process of filling out the ticket and then another person running it through proof.
Virtual Ticket Transaction Types
- Internal transactions and telephone transfers for DDA, SVG, CD’s, and loans.
- All internal GL tickets.
Note: No cash or check transactions.
- You can run Virtual Tickets from either PC workstations or Thin Clients if you have a terminal server.
- You can do the Virtual Tickets install remotely saving on-site installation costs.
