TotalTeller has a feature that many teller applications don’t offer. The TotalTeller station is equipped with a webcam. Each time a customer approaches the teller’s window, the webcam automatically takes a picture of the person conducting the transaction and not only saves the picture with the transaction, but also time stamps it.
Teller station webcams may help to fight the problem of check fraud at banks by recording transaction data and capturing images of offenders. This information can be used to identify criminals and helps in protecting customer accounts. TotalTeller users can view check images stored on the server using the Spectra Imaging Suite.
