The MBS Customer Account Analysis is designed to profitably manage the bank’s deposit base. It provides user defined routines to calculate service charges. Individual customer’s demand deposit accounts can be reviewed to determined profitability and service charge criteria. Service charges and/or minimum account balances can accurately be determined by adding true out-of-pocket expenses to the formula.
It’s ideal for high volume commercial accounts. Analyses can be run as often as needed after service charge parameters are stablished. The parameters can be changed at any time to create new service charge routines.
Customer Account Analysis then prints the account analysis statements. When a (Y/N) selection on the parameter file is selected to automatically service charge, the charges will be added to the auto post file (PDAP), and debited from the customer’s account the following day.
